Yasodhara Ashram is a unique ashram with a focus on the feminine. Swami Lalitananda is the third president since its inception in 1963 on its current site in BC, Western Canada. We speak of her relationship with Swami Sivananda Radha, founder of the ashram and the first western woman initiated into sannyas (renunciation) in 1955 by Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh.
